Hailing from Toronto, Domenic Sorbara can attribute his success in the industry to three things. A natural born talent for solving complex problems, an obsession for paying attention to the details and an uncle named Ivan Novello who would mentor him from an early age and teach him the skills he needed for success in the cable and telecommunications industry. As a graduate of the business school at Seneca College, it didn’t take long for Domenic to find his place at WireComm. A 24-year veteran of the company, as president, Domenic oversees the entire Canadian operation. By focusing on key customer metrics and committing to a zero tolerance safety culture, under his leadership WireComm has grown into the company it is today. One based on hard work, honest values and a commitment to getting the job done right—whatever it takes.

Born in Italy, in the town of Cornedo Vicentino, from an early age Ivan Novello had a talent for making things work. His mother encouraged him to pursue his passion for electronics by enrolling him in the DeVry Institute of Technology where he graduated as an Electronics Technologist and began his lifelong career in the cable and telecommunications industry. As the original owner of WireComm, Ivan has been there since the beginning. These days, as Director of Construction Telecom Services, Ivan’s role encompasses everything from wireless, wireline and point to point microwave—to satellite and DAS systems. During his tenure, Ivan has grown WireComm from three technicians to over 70 and positioned the company to be the premier communication contractor in Ontario.

Originally from Punjab, India, Raj Singh was born to be a doctor. At least, that’s what his father believed. However, during his second year of medical school Raj discovered his true passion, enrolled himself in an engineering college and earned his degree in Electrical Engineering. Now, a 25-year industry veteran, as WireComm’s Fulfillment General Manager, Raj masterfully oversees daily operations to provide best-in-class service for our customers. From project planning to reviewing financial statements and analyzing performance data, Raj guides the WireComm team to discover efficiencies and design processes that ensure the success of every project from start to finish. A passionate world traveler and a life-long student of emerging technology, Raj may have disappointed his father in not becoming a doctor, but as WireComm’s Fulfillment General Manager his excellence keeps our entire operation healthy and performing at its best.

A native of Toronto, Frank Amato began his journey in finance in high school by excelling in a course in accounting.  Encouraged by his success, he went on to study accounting and finance at Seneca College before obtaining his CPA credential.  As Senior Finance Manager, Frank oversees all the financial aspects of Wirecomm.  His vision positions Wirecomm as a self-sustained turnkey company dominating the telecom industry in Ontario.  As a native Canadian, Frank enjoys ice hockey and plays weekly during the hockey season.
